Dry ginger coffee
Ingredients
Dry ginger(cukku) - 1/2 inch piece
Whole Peppercorns - 2
coffee powder
karuppati or jaggery 2 tsp
Directions
Blend ginger pepper into fine powder.
Boil 1.5 cups of water.
Add above powder.
Take off from heat, add coffee powder.
Add good amount'karippetti, since the coffee is spicy-hot.
